Peccole Ranch

Welcome to Peccole Ranch!

   Peccole Ranch is a master-planned community located just south of Summerlin in northwest Las Vegas. The community is home to 12 distinct neighborhoods, offering a variety of home styles and amenities.
   Signs at the entrances to Peccole Ranch feature a stylized horse's head, and this equine theme is reflected throughout the community. Street names include Winners Cup Drive, Trail Rider Drive, Lost Colt Circle and Ranch Hand Avenue.

Most of the homes in Peccole Ranch were built from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s. The newer community of Queensridge is still under development, offering upscale custom homes and luxury houses.
   Queensridge is also located along the Badlands Golf Club, a challenging course featuring desert landscaping and a panoramic view of the Las Vegas skyline. Golf is but one of the amenities found at Peccole Ranch, which also offers tennis, swimming, play areas and miles of walking paths accented by lush greenbelts.

Community

   Peccole Ranch is comprised of 12 communities, including five gated communities. There are approximately 3,600 homes, which were designed by a variety of builders. Home styles range from condos and smaller single-family homes to semi-custom houses and luxury homes.

Amenities

   Peccole Ranch residents enjoy miles of lush greenbelts and walking paths just a few miles from the glittering Las Vegas Strip. Depending on the community, amenities can include:

   Peccole Ranch is close to shops, restaurants and businesses, and there are dozens of parks and recreational facilities in nearby Summerlin. The Summerlin Parkway, U.S. 95 and the I-215 Beltway provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
