The tallest condo-hotel in Las Vegas, the Trump International began as one tower. Made of 24K gold glass, the Trump International epitomizes the term “luxury”. And, as the brainchild of Donald Trump and pal Phil Ruffin (owner of the New Frontier hotel and casino), could one possibly expect less? Quoted as “a great tribute to Las Vegas” by Trump himself, this 645-foot complex was designed in the style of the Trump International in New York.

Life at the Trump International doesn’t come cheap: units are priced at $1,000 to $1,833 per square foot. However, Trump International's features are predictably opulent. European kitchens with Breccia Onniciata Italian marble flooring, a heated outdoor pool with a bar and sundeck, gourmet restaurants, a salon, professionally-staffed spa and fitness-center are just a few details that will make you feel like the king or queen of your domain.

Construction of Trump International’s first tower was announced in December of 2004. The property was so popular that construction of a second tower was announced less than one month later to accommodate the almost unheard of level of demand.

Trump International property is the priciest in Las Vegas. Studios at Trump International run from $550,000 to 900K. One bedrooms are being sold for $900,000 to 995K, and one-bedroom and three-bedroom penthouses run for $2,800,000 and $5,500,000, respectively. Located directly on the Strip, residents of Trump International will find themselves in the center of the Las Vegas universe.
