The Pinnacle
Rising up into the colorful Las Vegas skyline is The Pinnacle, a two tower condominium and managed resort complex being developed by the Falcon Group. The catch phrase coined by the developer is that, "Vegas is so ready for this." And Pinnacle will be ready for Vegas sometime in early 2009, with all of the excitement, glamour and luxury it can muster.
A grand total of 1095 residential units will comprise the project when it is completed. The Falcon Group plans for this to be what they call a self-contained gated resort community. The development will feature not only the two 35 story high-rise towers that will house the condos and also eventually a group of 31 town homes that will be ready for occupancy towards the close of construction on the entire project.
Floor plans will include studios starting at $300,000, one bedroom units from $500,000, two bedroom condos beginning at $600,000 and three bedroom suites from $900,000. Pricing on the penthouses and town homes will be announced later by the developer. If an owner is going to be away for a period of time they can arrange for the resort to assume management for their homes and put them into rental rotation. All details, paperwork and maintenance will be taken care of my the management staff, leaving the owner free of details and worry.
What is surely destined to be the signature feature of Pinnacle is the section of the complex called The Wet Deck. This amazing area encompasses more than three acres on the sixth floor of the complex. Entering The Wet Deck is going to be almost like stepping off into a tropical oasis without leaving the building. Two pools, one with a unique "island" in the middle of the water, will be ready to refresh residents. Several cabanas will be available for you to enjoy some private quiet time under the sun. For the golfer there is a putting green at the ready to make sure your swing stays in shape. The quarter mile track insures that you won't miss out on your daily run. And your pets aren't left out either because you can take them to the beautifully landscaped park for some fun and exercise of their own at the resort.
The Wet Deck is also home to the Bite Bar, perfect for grabbing a snack while you explore the Deck. If a traditional work out is what you really want, then step on over to Energie, the totally modern fitness center. All of the latest exercise equipment will be ready for you to use. After all the physical activity, the perfect end is a visit to Touch, the ultimate spa treatment. Massage, a facial, you name it and Touch can handle it.
The Dive-In Theater puts a modern twist on a retro favorite. Residents can have the unique experience of watching current movies under a Nevada sky while either in the swimming pools or relaxing around them. The biggest worry here is making sure the popcorn stays dry.
The lounge at Pinnacle is aptly named Sanctuary and caters to residents with its elegant dining room, banquet room and bar. The ground level of Pinnacle has shopping and dining needs covered with an assortment of retailers, restaurants and a market section for baked goods, deli service and specialty coffees.
To assist in the professional needs of its residents there is a business center that provides office services and meeting room space. Other services include concierge and valet. Individual homes at Pinnacle come with European designed kitchens that are outfitted with wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and a stainless steel appliance package. All necessary pre-wiring for internet service, multiple phone lines and satellite television service is included. The master bedrooms are large and have wall to wall carpeting and walk-in closets. The master baths are lavishly detailed and contain both a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. All units have a spacious private balcony that boasts incredible views of the Strip and nearby stunning natural landscape.
