Welcome to The Cosmopolitan!

   Las Vegas residents will soon discover that a "cosmopolitan" is more than just a cocktail. The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino will offer on-Strip living in the shadow of Bellagio.
   Just north of the proposed Project CityCenter, The Cosmopolitan will be a mixed-use facility that offers the best of gaming, entertainment and residential living. The 4-million-square-foot facility will offer more than 2,400 hotel and condo-hotel rooms, an 1,800-seat theater and a 70,000-square-foot casino, among other amenities. It's being developed by 3700 Associates, LLC.
   Two 600-foot-tall towers will be connected by a five-story low-rise with 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space. The Cosmopolitan broke ground in early 2005 and will open in early 2008.
   The Cosmopolitan will be located on Las Vegas Boulevard, just south of Bellagio. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

Community

   The Cosmopolitan will provide high-rise living on the Las Vegas Strip.

   The Cosmopolitan will offer great views of the city, the mountains and the glittering Strip. The on-Strip location will provide easy access to the exciting casinos, restaurants and nightlife that Las Vegas has to offer.
