Streamline Tower

Welcome to Streamline Tower!

   Just a block northeast of the Fremont Street Experience, Streamline Tower will offer high-rise living amid the lights of downtown Las Vegas. The 21-story tower will be located on the site of the former Golden Inn Hotel.
   Mayor Oscar Goodman and other city officials attended groundbreaking ceremonies on Nov. 19, 2004, proclaiming the project an important part of the "Manhattanization of downtown." Streamline Tower is slated to open in December of this year.
   The project is being designed and developed by PGAL design group and Martin-Harris Construction. There are 13 floor plans, ranging from 795 to 1,912 square feet. Upon completion, Streamline Tower will offer 251 residential units along with retail and club space.
   Streamline Tower will be located on the southeast corner of Ogden and Las Vegas Boulevard. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
