Spa Lofts
Spa Lofts are currently under construction at Badura Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard near the I215 Beltway in Las Vegas. The Light Group is the driving force behind this new development and is bringing their years of experience and innovative ideas to this five acre project in the Southwest sector.
The Light Group has had several big success stories with their other developments. Known for their creation of several popular clubs, night spots and developments that cater to a luxury lifestyle, they are incorporating many of those same principles to Spa Lofts. The combination of these qualities has proved to be a winning one in the past and no doubt will be again with Spa Lofts.
The entire Spa Loft project will consist of three six story, seventy foot high towers that will house a total of 147 residences when completed. The three buildings will form a courtyard that will feature professional landscaping and be a tranquil place for residents to enjoy. The target date for opening is very late 2007 or early 2008.
The residential lofts will take up the top four levels of each of the buildings. The lower levels will be dedicated to parking. The developer is offering both indoor parking and outdoor covered parking for residents. The lofts come in a range of four floor plans. Units can be one to two stories and have from 1,276 to 1,500 square feet of living space. The prices for these lofts are very competitive, starting at around $400,000 and increasing on up to just over $600,000.
Loft style A is a two story and two bedroom unit that boasts 1,500 square feet of space. Loft B is a single story two bedroom home that has 1,276 square feet of space. Loft style Ac comes with two stories and three bedrooms in 1,500 square feet. And finally, the Courtyard Lofts are single story and have two bedrooms with 1,276 square feet total.
Interior design reflects some loft standard features like open floor plans and 10 to 18 foot high ceilings. The lofts have private balconies that give residents additional living space and also show off the stunning views of the surrounding area and city skyline. The floor to ceiling windows in the units have been made from low E glass for ultimate energy efficiency and frame lovely views of the city and skyline. The bulk of the floors are covered in handsome hardwood with natural slate tile and marble finishing out the other rooms.
The kitchens at Spa Lofts are designed to satisfy the chef in the family. High end stainless steel GE appliances are the norm, including refrigerator, range with oven, microwave, disposal and dish washer. The custom wood cabinets have a European design and the counters are topped with natural stone for a sleek, durable finish. Designer recessed lighting is standard and durable Kohler plumbing fixtures have been used in both the kitchens and baths.
All of the units at Spa Lofts come pre-wired for high speed internet access. The residences will sport a fantastic home entertainment center that showcases a large 42 inch wall mounted flat screen plasma television that has additional speakers plus CD and DVD player capabilities. Security is a priority as well, with the secure gated entrance and guard as well as unit smoke, fire and carbon detection systems.
Residents of Spa Lofts will have the use of a spacious 5,000 square foot central fitness center and spa. This facility is a welcome amenity, making it incredibly convenient to maintain en exercise program or simply enjoy the relaxation techniques offered at the spa. Both state of the art cardio equipment and free weights are going to be installed there. For anyone interested, classes in pilates and yoga will be available.
