Welcome to Loft 5!

   Loft 5 will be a new condominium development that offers sleek, minimalist styling at the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard.
   There are four floor plans available, ranging from two-story lofts with 20-foot ceilings and private terraces, to single-story penthouses with private sky decks and solariums.
   Loft 5 will comprise 272 units on more than 10 acres. Grand opening is slated for late summer/early fall 2005, with project completion in February 2006.
   The development will be about five miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. Interstate 15 and I-215 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
