Welcome to Boca Raton!

 Southern Nevada and Southern Florida both are home to warm weather, sunny skies and thousands of tourist attractions. They'll soon have something else in common: They'll both be home to an upscale community named Boca Raton.
   Like its Florida cousin, Nevada's Boca Raton will cater to year-round residents and vacation homebuyers who seek luxury and convenience. The new Boca Raton Resort Condominiums will consist of four seven-story mid-rise buildings. When completed, the development will have 756 luxury condos.
   Boca Raton is being designed and developed by Palm Beach Resort Condominiums LLC, Pierce Goodwin Alexander and Linville, Wright Engineering and the UPA Resort Construction Group. Phase One is scheduled for completion in February 2006, with the opening of the first 173 units.
   Boca Raton will be located at 2475 W. Serene, between Interstate 15 and Las Vegas Boulevard. I-15 provides access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

Community

    Boca Raton will provide condominium living south of the Las Vegas Strip.

Amenities

   Boca Raton will offer great views of the city, the mountains and the glittering Strip. Residents will live in close proximity to a new retail mall and two hotel-casinos being developed by Coast Resorts and Station Casinos.
