   The allure of the Las Vegas Strip begins at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara Avenue. What better locale for the proposed Allure Condominiums, a new high-rise development that will blend convenience and luxury for its owners and residents?
   Allure Condominiums will offer 15 floor plans, with studios, suites and penthouse apartments. One-, two- and three-bedroom layouts are available.
   The twin 40-story towers will be home to 403 residences. Construction began in spring 2005, and completion is slated for early 2007.
   Allure will be located on Sahara Avenue, just east of the Las Vegas Strip. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
