Welcome to The Majestic!

   If you want the convenience of a hotel with the security of home ownership, come to The Majestic. The project is being developed by Conrad Hotels, the luxury brand of the Hilton Hotels Corporation, and it will be just the third Conrad hotel in the United States. The Majestic is expected to open sometime this year.
   The Majestic will offer 146 luxury condominiums and 442 hotel suites in a condo-hotel environment. All hotel suites will be fully furnished and available for purchase through a rental program in which owners share in revenue with the hotel.
   The Majestic Court and Marketplace will offer Majestic guests and residents the comfort and convenience of a world-class shopping area just steps from their front doors. Dining, shopping and entertainment will be available in an open-air environment that will include waterfalls, aquariums and stone accents.
   The Majestic will be located on the site of the former La Concha Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, just north of Desert Inn. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

    The Majestic will provide high-rise living on the Las Vegas Strip.
