One Queens Ridge Place

One Queens Ridge Place, located on 9755 West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas is a new construction luxury condominium project. The entire development consists of a total of four buildings, three of which will be 18 stories tall and the last one 14 stories tall. In all, 385 luxury condos will be available when the project is complete. Phase I of the project will be 219 units spread out in two of the 18 story buildings. There will be 43 different floor plans for these homes, with each unit having the highest quality interior finishes.

The design of the buildings is European with French overtones, specifically Art Nouveau, and the developer and architect carried that theme from the outside in. Gatehouses and metal work are notable exterior details. Every condo will have either a garden, courtyard or terrace, making residents feel as though they are on their own private mini-estate.
