Icon

   Las Vegas has always been home to icons, from Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra to Wayne Newton and Siegfried & Roy. Now Icon will join the fast-rising ranks of high-rise condos that are coming to the Las Vegas Strip.

   The 502-unit high-rise luxury condominium will be built on the site of the former Silver City Casino, just east of Las Vegas Boulevard. Two modern, all-glass towers will rise more than 500 feet into the Las Vegas skyline, with all units facing the Strip.

   Icon is being developed by the Related Group of Florida and the New York-based Related Cos. The firms have worked on a variety of high-rise projects nationwide, and the Related Cos. is co-owner of the local World Market Center, a massive furniture market located near downtown Las Vegas.
   Icon will be located on Convention Center Drive, just east of Las Vegas Boulevard. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

    Icon will provide high-rise living close to the Las Vegas Strip.

Amenities

   Icon will offer great views of the city, the mountains and the glittering Strip.
