Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Las Vegas continues to be one of the premier destinations for tourists from around the country and the rest of the world. The city offers something for everyone, from family entertainment to the best nightlife.

The Las Vegas strip is currently going through a boom of new construction as several new luxurious towers are built along the famous Las Vegas Boulevard.

One of the newest trends in the city is towards ownership of rooms on the strip. Many projects, such as the Trump International Hotel and Tower, MGM Residences, and others offer ownership of individual condominiums.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club is another property that offers ownership of units, but with a twist. Instead of buying the property outright, the Hilton has timeshare ownership of condominium units. Buyers can enjoy the benefits of a Las Vegas vacation without the hassle of looking for a hotel room.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club is located on the Las Vegas Strip, near the Las Vegas Hilton and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The 27-story hotel, completed in 2003, offers many different options for buyers. There are studio suites, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.

A total of 506 rooms are offered at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club.

The studio suite has a 308 square foot floor plan that comes furnished with one king size bed and sofa bed. A TV and DVD player also come with the unit.

The one bedroom suite measures 772 square feet and offers a king size bed, queen size sofa bed, and two televisions. Four guests can sleep comfortably in this unit.

The two bedroom unit is 1,080 square feet, sleeping six guests total.

All of the units come with amenities such as a wet bar, iron, internet and data connections, and covered parking.

The building includes an outdoor pool, spas, modern health club, and concierge services. There is also a tennis court, game room, dry cleaning service, and travel services offered at the resort.

Guests can enjoy the excellent views of the Las Vegas Country Club and the Strip.

The Hilton is following many other new resorts in offering a non-gaming environment, where guests can relax in the hotel and enjoy the many casinos along the strip at their convenience.

The Las Vegas Monorail is next to the resort, offering easy connections to all of the major hotels and casinos along the strip.

Guests can use the hotel’s concierge service to book tours to some of the most popular destinations around Las Vegas.

Hoover Dam is one of the most popular day trips, offering incredible views of Lake Mead and the Nevada Desert.

The Grand Canyon is one of the most beautiful natural scenic wonders in the world. Day trips by bus are available. There is also the option to fly over this national park in a plane or helicopter.

Shopping along the strip is one of the preferred activities for tourists. Many of the best brand names have come to the city. The Fashion Show Mall and the Las Vegas Premium Outlets are the largest venues, and many casinos also offer world-class shopping.

Restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip offer some of the best fine dining in the country. The Pharaoh’s Pheast, Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant are all excellent options for a night out on the town.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club is one more option on the Las Vegas real estate market for buyers looking to enjoy the best of the city without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for a condominium on the strip.
