Chateau Versailles
Chateau Versailles is a beautifully designed gated community of condominium conversions that sits just in back of Lone Mountain in northwest Las Vegas. The community encompasses twenty-one of some of the most scenic acres in the area. Developed by Pacific Properties, Chateau Versailles has a companion development called Chateau Nouveau located in southwestern Las Vegas from the same developer.
The location of Chateau Versailles on West Alexander Road gives residents of the condos there amazing views of the surrounding mountains and natural desert, the city skyline and the Strip, with its fantastic nighttime lighting. With its close proximity to the I215 Beltway it makes travel to other parts of Las Vegas simple and quick. McCarran International Airport is just a few minutes drive from the condos and The Las Vegas Strip is less than 20 miles away. There is also a large assortment of restaurants, retail stores, and several educational centers that can be reached easily by walking.
The community of Chateau Versailles has a total of 371 condo units. These condos come in as many as eight floor plans spread out over 33 buildings and have from one to three bedrooms each. The square feet of living space ranges from around 780 to just under 1,500 and most of the condos have a private connection to garages for up to two car parking.
The homes, or floor plans, have charming names that evoke a French Mediterranean style in keeping with the design of the buildings. Prices are very affordable and start in the mid to upper $100,000 range.
Individual condos at Chateau Versailles come with a long list of luxury details and features. The kitchens are ultra-modern and designed with an eat-in breakfast corner and plenty of cabinet space. The counters have sleek, durable granite on top as do the bathroom vanities. The condo master baths are oversized in design and have both a separate walk in shower and large tub, prefect for soaking the day's stress away.
Condo interior walls are arched in many cases and the nine foot vaulted ceilings are present in every residence. This gives the rooms an even more airy, spacious feeling. Ceiling fans are standard in the homes, creating a gentle breeze throughout the rooms that aids in cooling costs. For working at home there is a handy built in computer desk area that is pre-wired for high speed internet access. Each residence at Chateau Versailles has its own private patio or balcony, depending on the floor plan of the unit.
