Welcome to MacDonald Ranch!

   Located in Henderson, MacDonald Ranch is home to several neighborhoods, including the upscale MacDonald Highlands and Sun City MacDonald Ranch. The area was sculpted out of the McCullough Mountains, which offer a rugged backdrop to this burgeoning community.
   MacDonald Ranch offers a variety of home styles, from apartments and single-family residences to affordable town homes and pricey custom homes. Many luxury homes have terraced or hillside lots that face Black Mountain. Others offer golf-course views at Desert Willow Golf Course or DragonRidge Country Club.

Desert Willow is a private course located in the age-restricted Sun City MacDonald Ranch. DragonRidge is one of the newest premier golf courses in the Las Vegas valley. The 18-hole private facility has hosted the Tiger Woods Foundation's annual Tiger Jam event and is located in the elite MacDonald Highlands neighborhood.
   Besides golf, guard-gated MacDonald Highlands features 10 acres of parks and five miles of walking trails. It also has hosted the popular "Street of Dreams," which showcases the latest innovations in home design.
   MacDonald Ranch is continuing to grow. Whether you're a golfer, a boater or just someone who enjoys scenic mountain views, the community has something to offer in a variety of price ranges.

Communities

   MacDonald Ranch is home to several neighborhoods, including the upscale MacDonald Highlands. Other neighborhoods include the Canyons at MacDonald Ranch, the Foothills at MacDonald Ranch, Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch and Sun City MacDonald Ranch.
   Homes range from apartments and condos to custom homes and mansions. Many are built into or alongside the nearby McCullough Mountains.

Amenities

   MacDonald Ranch is home to two private golf courses: DragonRidge Country Club at MacDonald Highlands and Desert Willow Golf Course at Sun City MacDonald Ranch. Residents in these communities enjoy golf along with a variety of recreational activities.
