Welcome to Anthem!

Anthem is located in Henderson, about four miles from the I-215 Beltway. Anthem features several distinct neighborhoods, including Anthem Country Club, Anthem Coventry, Anthem Highlands, Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem.
Anthem was developed by Del Webb in the late 1990s. The community is still under development, with a projected buildout of up to 13,000 homes spread across 4,755 acres. Many of the communities located within Anthem are age-restricted, but there are a few neighborhoods that welcome younger residents as well.

There are several golf courses located in or near Anthem, including the Anthem Country Club and the Revere at Anthem. Other amenities include swimming, tennis, fitness centers and children's play areas.
All residents enjoy the scenic beauty that Anthem provides. Towering waterfalls welcome visitors to the community, which is located amid the canyon landscape of the McCullough Mountains. Anthem offers scenic lakes, golf-course views, waterfalls and mountain vistas just a few miles south from the glittering Las Vegas Strip.
The I-215 Beltway provides easy access to Henderson and the entire Las Vegas valley. With its convenient location, scenic views and many amenities, it's easy to see why residents are singing Anthem's praises.

Communities

Anthem features several distinct communities, including Anthem Country Club, Anthem Coventry, Anthem Highlands, Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem.
Anthem Country Club is an exclusive neighborhood of 1,700 upper-end production homes and custom homes. The guard-gated community is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin-designed golf course that sweeps through the hills and paseos of the McCullough Mountains. The 33,000-square-foot clubhouse offers a fitness facility, tennis courts, several pools, restaurants and a children's play area. There are no new homes in this upscale community, but some resales may be available.
Anthem Coventry has 1,200 moderately priced single-family homes. The non-gated neighborhood features scenic parks and walking trails. New projects will include schools, a skateboard park, an in-line hockey course,  ballfields and covered play areas.
Anthem Highlands is another family-friendly neighborhood that's open to residents of all ages. This new community offers five collections of homes, ranging from 1,580 to 3,483 square feet. Upon completion, the 400-acre community will comprise about 1,500 single- and two-story homes.
Sun City Anthem, designed by Pulte/Del Webb, is one of the Las Vegas valley's best-known retirement communities. About 6,300 homes are planned for the community, which caters to active seniors age 55 or older. Sun City Anthem is home to The Revere at Anthem, two 18-hole courses sculpted within the natural canyons of the McCullough Mountains. The 77,000-square-foot Anthem Center offers a variety of social and recreational activities, and second planned community center will feature a performing arts center and additional fitness facilities.
Solera at Anthem is another Pulte/Del Webb senior community. Homes here are smaller, with five single-story designs ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet. There is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to The Revere at Anthem as well as other local courses. Tennis and bocce courts are now open, with plans for a pool, spa, fitness center, computer room and club area. When complete, the 385-acre master-planned community will have approximately 1,750 homes.
