Green Valley Condos
Welcome to Green Valley!
Green Valley is a master-planned
community located primarily in Henderson, near the southeastern part of
Las Vegas. For the past decade, Henderson has consistently been listed
as one of the fastest-growing cities in America. Green Valley also has
experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 1978, and the
trend is expected to continue.
The community, which was developed by American Nevada Corporation, is
now one of the premier master-planned communities in Southern Nevada.
Green Valley offers a mix of '70s-era ranch homes and new housing
developments, comprising more than 8,000 acres of homes. Most of the
homes are relatively new, with a good selection of resale properties on
the market.
Green Valley is known for its
high-quality, family-oriented lifestyle. Schools in the area are among
the best in the Clark County School District, and Green Valley High
School was named one of the top 10 U.S. high schools in 1997.
The area offers a wealth of activities, including dozens of
neighborhood parks and walking trails. It has an outstanding array of
shops, gourmet restaurants and retail services, and local highways
provide easy access to all areas of the Las Vegas valley.
The Green Valley Outdoor Sculpture Collection is one of the valley's
best-known public art installations. The collection, which features
works by local and nationally renowned artists, is permanently
installed around company offices and retail centers in Henderson.
Green Valley is also home to the Black Mountain Recreation Center, the
Whitney Ranch Aquatic Complex, the Lorin L. Williams Indoor Pool, Green
Valley Library, and the Henderson Campus of the Community College of
Southern Nevada.
