Welcome to Silverado Ranch!

   Silverado Ranch is a master-planned community located southeast of Las Vegas, near Green Valley. This growing area is a perfect place for families, offering schools, parks and playgrounds for children of all ages.
   Silverado Ranch Park is one of the valley's newest parks. This 10,000-square-foot facility is home to softball fields, picnic areas, a playground and an amphitheater. It also is home to a popular skate park that permits biking and rollerblading along with skateboarding.

There are several builders at Silverado Ranch, including Astoria Homes, K B Homes and American West Development. The community has a variety of housing options, from apartment complexes and small single-family homes to luxury houses in private gated communities.
   Although the community sits in an unincorporated area of Clark County, it's still very much a part of Las Vegas. The southeast location offers scenic views of the dazzling Strip, and Interstate 15 and the I-215 Beltway provide easy access to other locations throughout the Las Vegas valley.

There are a number of neighborhoods in Silverado Ranch, including:

• Silverado Place, featuring two-story homes up to 1,293 square feet
• Silverado Hills, featuring single-story villas up to 1,500 square feet
• Liberty, offering six two-story models ranging from 1,267 to 1,486 square feet
• Silverado Court, home to a majestic clock tower entrance and larger homes ranging from 2,222 to 2,727 square feet
• Silverado Canyon, another clock-tower community, featuring homes ranging from 1,741 to 3,271 square feet

Amenities

   Silverado Ranch Park is a family-friendly facility offering a skate park, softball fields, a walking track, picnic shelters, barbecue areas, a playground and an amphitheater. A variety of other parks and recreational facilities are also located near the community, including Desert Bloom Park, Hidden Palms Park and Duck Creek Park.
   Silverado Ranch is close to shops, schools, restaurants and businesses. Interstate 15 and the I-215 Beltway provide easy access to other locations throughout the Las Vegas valley.
